This class blends different yoga disciplines to create a practice that balances active movement, deep stretching and restorative poses. Cultivate strength and flexibility while exploring the fundamental elements of each posture. We will link physical asana (poses) and pranayama (breath work) to deepen the mind-body connection to enhance your climbing. Open to all levels. *Students are encouraged to modify the practice to meet their individual needs.
