The Nekkid Day Retreat: Imagining a Nekkid You

What would a version of yourself uninhibited by fear, self-doubt, self-judgement and attachment look like? How would your life play out? In what ways would your life unfold to be happier and free?

Join us for a day of imagining your most Nekkid self. Surrounded by a small group of like-minded individuals working toward the same end, set goals for a free you and dive deeper into your both messy and beautiful truth.

The retreat will include, multiple meditations, two yoga practices, a vegetarian lunch and single and group activities. Leave feeling inspired with actionable items to move toward an uninhibited you.
